**Aktuell besetzen wir im Auftrag eines sehr erfolgreichen, expansiven Modeunternehmens im Sustainable Lifestyle Bereich die Position „Head of Product Home, Underwear & Living“ (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt.**

Unser Auftraggeber ist eine äußerst erfolgreiche und sehr dynamische Marke im nachhaltigen Lifestyle Bereich - immer auf der Suche nach Neuheiten und Trends für Damen, Herren, Kinder und Wohnaccessoires.

Sie verstärken das Team mit viel Kreativität, Know-how und Engagement in einem hybriden Arbeitszeitmodell, teilweise vor Ort und teilweise remote. Sie haben Lust auf Herausforderungen und möchten ein expansives Unternehmen beim Wachstum unterstützen?

In dieser Position sind Sie für die erfolgreiche Ausrichtung der internationalen Home, Underwear & Living-Kollektion verantwortlich.

Sie sind der Kopf hinter der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produkte.

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design, Bekleidungstechnik oder Textilmanagement
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder Erfahrung im Bereich Home, Underwear & Living
- Hohe Affinität mit Zahlen und sicherer Umgang mit wichtigen KPIs
- Gutes Gefühl für Mode und Trends
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eine Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Erstellung des Kollektionsrahmenplanes und der Kollektion in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design-Team
- Verantwortlich für die Kollektionsentwicklung vom Erstmuster über die Preisgestaltung bis hin zur Übergabe an die Abteilung Marketing & Vertrieb
- Teilnahme an Produktmeetings
- Führen des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
- Hauptschnittstelle zwischen Design, Merchandise Planning, Einkauf, Produktentwicklung, Marketing und Vertrieb
- Führen und motivieren des eigenen Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen zur gemeinsamen Zielerreichung
- Verantwortung für das Produktbudget und Weiterentwicklung der Marke
- Messebesuche und Reisen zu Lieferanten
