**About the job**:
For a leading Tier One Automotive Supplier, Connecting Experts are seeking a Head of Project Management Saas for Commercial Vehicles, to join the Commercial Fleet Management team. The position will be based in Frankfurt, Germany.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maximise the potential of product managers and enhance their career opportunities
- Present corporate leadership with progress and roadmap goals
- Manage and develop the Commercial Fleet Management portfolio in EMEA with the assistance of a team of PMs
- Collaborate with engineering to implement concepts and commercialise them
- Inform clients and other business leaders about our vision
- Assist European Regional Sales Offices in closing new business and supporting renewals
- Promote the vision throughout teams responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success
- Evolve the portfolio of hardware devices & digital services where 1+1=3
- Use sophisticated ways to deal with difficult technical and client issues
- Expand enterprises to over 500k automobiles and over €100M in a short amount of time

**Your Profile**:

- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree is required, an MBA is highly advantageous
- Minimum 10 years experience of product management
- Minimum 3 years of managing a cloud based platform, which uses an Saas business model
- Minimum 5 years experience of management of product managers
- Minimum 3 years experience managing HW which enables subscription services (digital)
- It is a strong plus to have a history of working with IoT as well as Commercial Vehicles
- Knowledge of and experience with huge data sets, web and mobile apps, web APIs, and public clouds
- The capacity to deconstruct complicated issues into actionable, distinct stages
- An advantage is having knowledge of OKRs and jobs to be done
- Ability and willingness to travel 25%
