As Associate to our COO, you’ll work at the heart of our operations. You’ll help us streamline internal processes, structure projects, and drive execution across the company - from daily workflows to strategic initiatives. If you love making things run smoothly and enabling others to do their best work, we’re looking for you.
Aufgaben
- Work directly with the COO to identify, structure, and implement internal improvements
- Support strategic and operational projects across teams (e.g., hiring, finance, internal tools, processes)
- Analyze workflows and help introduce better systems, tools, and routines
- Own and drive small but high-leverage projects (e.g., onboarding processes, performance tracking, knowledge management)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep things moving
- Create clear documentation and communication to keep the company aligned
- Organize and follow up on meetings - prepare agendas, document decisions, track outcomes

Qualifikation
- You think fast, work with structure, and enjoy solving problems
- You’ve completed a strong bachelor’s or master’s degree - ideally in a STEM field
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and love improving how things are done
- You’re proactive, hands-on, and get things done without waiting to be told
- You have a sharp eye for efficiency, logic, and clarity
- You’re comfortable with tools, data, and technology - and quick to learn new systems
- You’re fluent in English and German
- Bonus: experience in startups, consulting, operations, or internal project management
