**Our mission for you**:
As a Founders Associate, you will play a key role in our team by supporting the COO/CFO and working on the following topics:

- Collaborate closely with the Co-founder and COO/CFO in all aspects.
- Manage and lead projects from start to finish.
- Wear many hats and be versatile in working on different tasks and projects at the same time. Prioritize accordingly and execute with focus.
- Build and implement processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Main areas include: (Energy)-Operations and Finance

**Who we are looking for**:

- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or similar role within a high-growth startup or clean tech industry.
- Responsabile and structured way of working with an affinity for problem solving.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, coupled with analytical thinking.
- Embrace a hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in clean tech industry, energy, B2B and innovative technology business models.
- Native German speaker and fluent in English.
