As our COO (M/F/d) you're joining our ambitious team on their mission to build Europe's leading femhealth platform from first period to menopause. You work side to side with our CEO & Founder, strategically plan on growth opportunities and are responsible for a greater part of our P&L. Besides internal processes and structure, you manage TFC's operations with your team of supply chain, product, customer, quality & tech. This role is also incentivized with VESOP shares & the chance to develop into co-founder level.
The Role
- Work together with our CEO & CFO on the business strategy & growth potentials
- Be responsible for a large share of our P&L with focus on optimizing cost structure, buying & cashflow
- Own the operational strategy of our D2C as well as B2B business
- Optimize and establish processes, systems & tool landscape
- Create the infrastructure for accountability across the organization & ensuring the organization is aligned with the company’s core values
- Develop trusting relationships with our key suppliers in order to manufacture the best products on the market
- Manage all internal processes to make sure TFCs business is running smoothly
**Profile**:
- 5+ years in a leading operational position in B2C / E-Commerce (D2C is a +)
- Big plus: Proven track record of cost optimization in scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably fashion / têxtile industry
- Strong experience in building supplier relationships, as well as purchasing negotiations with procurement and retail
- High level of pragmatism & result-orientation, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Great network in the startup environment
- You speak German on a conversational level
