Aufgaben

**Begleitung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern**:

- Du etablierst und führst eine vertrauensvolle Feedback-, Gesprächs
- und Lernkultur
- Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse deiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und förderst die individuelle persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung
- Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter als Mentor/Coach und begleitest sie bei Veränderungsprozessen und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Du regst Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an, Probleme proaktiv anzugehen, Konflikte zu lösen und förderst die Bereitschaft für Veränderung
- Du befähigst deine Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du lebst und förderst die Unternehmenskultur und -werte und bist so in der Lage, deinen Mitarbeitern die Unternehmensperspektiven zu vermitteln

**Administrative Betreuung von Mitarbeitern**:

- Themen wie Personalbedarfsermittlung, Recruiting-, Onboarding
- und Offboardingprozesse, in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Product Line, sind ein Teil deines Verantwortungsbereichs
- Als Sparringspartner der HR bist du in arbeitsvertragliche Themen deiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter involviert und hast deren Gehälter, Arbeitszeiten und Abwesenheiten etc. stets im Blick
- Du pflegst einen aktiven Austausch mit anderen Führungskräften, dem Head of Product Line und der HR zur Förderung der Teamentwicklung, der Weiterentwicklung der Product Line sowie der Unternehmensstrategie

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im agilen Umfeld (vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf disziplinarischer Führung)
- Führungskompetenz und Servant-Leadership-Orientierung
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie, Growth Mindset, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Offenheit, Begeisterung und Motivation für deine Rolle
- Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit agilen Ansätzen und Methoden und vertraut mit den Anforderungen an die Führung agiler, selbstorganisierter Teams
- Eine unternehmerische Denkweise, idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen, agiler Transformation und Organisationsentwicklung
- Einen selbstständigen, qualitäts
