As Senior Product Line Manager (gn) at More you will lead the development and of a specific product line/category strategy to drive growth brand awareness and market share. You are accountable for the product line/category P&L and target delivery by ensuring an effective portfolio price pack architecture promotion strategy and innovation pipeline.

Your mission
  • You bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement category strategies including market positioning pricing and innovation pipelines
  • You have full P&L ownership and are accountable for achieving revenue profitability and market share targets
  • You monitor financial performance and take datadriven actions to optimize sales margins and forecasting accuracy
  • You bring strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights
  • You collaborate crossfunctionally to align product development gotomarket strategies and lifecycle management
  • You drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and impact
Location and Remote Work
  • Primary Work Location: Hamburg
  • Remote Setup: Hybrid 23 days per week at our HQ in Hamburg
Your experience & skills
  • You have a degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • You bring several years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry
  • You have a proven track record in developing category strategies driving innovation and managing product portfolios from concept to lifecycle
  • You have successfully managed product category P&Ls with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • You bring an analytical mindset with expertise in market research data analysis and financial planning
  • You are a strong communicator and team player fluent in English and German thriving in dynamic crossfunctional environments
  • Most importantly: You identify with our brand believe in our mission and are excited to contribute with energy ideas and ownership
