As Senior Product Line Manager (gn) at More, you will lead the development and execution of a specific product line/category strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share. You are accountable for the product line/category P&L and target delivery by ensuring an effective portfolio, price pack architecture, promotion strategy, and innovation pipeline.
Your mission- You bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement category strategies, including market positioning, pricing, and innovation pipelines
- You have full P&L ownership and are accountable for achieving revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- You monitor financial performance and take data-driven actions to optimize sales, margins, and forecasting accuracy
- You bring strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights
- You collaborate cross-functionally to align product development, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management
- You drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and impact
- Primary Work Location: Hamburg
- Remote Setup: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week at our HQ in Hamburg
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- You bring several years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry
- You have a proven track record in developing category strategies, driving innovation, and managing product portfolios from concept to lifecycle
- You have successfully managed product category P&Ls, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability
- You bring an analytical mindset with expertise in market research, data analysis, and financial planning
- You are a strong communicator and team player, fluent in English and German, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Most importantly: You identify with our brand, believe in our mission, and are excited to contribute with energy, ideas, and ownership
