- In the **Product Managemen**t department the mission is to simply develop the best product for today, to differentiate from our competitors, and prepare for the future. We define WHAT we want to achieve and the benefits we create for our Clients and Adform. We establish transparent information and sharing of it about the connected WHY.
We are looking for a Product Lead responsible for our advertiser and agency solutions to complete the Adform Product Management team.
Help us shape our DSP and Ad Server product roadmap and support our buy-side initiatives around omnichannel, measurement, identity and carbon reduction.
You have the unique opportunity to help us attacking industry challenges and shaping the future of ad tech.
As **Product Lead,** you help us achieve our mission, and navigate this rapidly evolving space. This role is pivotal in our organization, in shaping how we position, sell, and support our platform, and how advertisers and agencies engage with Adform. You will define, own, and execute strategic, commercial, educational as well as go-to-market initiatives.
**We hope you are ready to change the game Be ready to**:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Directors on the product vision and strategy. You will align objectives and success metrics for your product and transform customer needs into business opportunities
- Inspire our product and commercial teams through customer and market insights and evangelize our product strategy. Identify new initiatives that drive our growth
- You are accountable for all commercialization efforts creating the pricing models for your product line. Create and support business cases, collaborating with Account Management, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams
- You are responsible for new product launches and adoption of your initiatives, cooperating closely with marketing, legal, accounting and sales teams
- Equip marketing, sales, and service teams on how to position, successfully sell, and support Adform’s product offering

- You worked in product management or product marketing and have strong prioritization skills and put client value in focus every day
- You have proven experience in the ad tech or mar tech industry
- You have great communications skills, both written and spoken, and can influence strategic stakeholders

- You have a strong analytical mindset and a perspective for the bigger picture. You understand key business metrics and would like to forecast the potential impact of a new feature on these
- You desire to be in a high-ownership role. You are comfortable with ambiguity, take responsibility and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
