- TEAMLEADER OPERATIONAL LOGISTICS (F/M/D)**Responsibilities**:

- You manage the logistics, warehouse and material flow projects to optimise and standardise the logistics activities
- You define and implement optimised logistics processes in close cooperation with the departments involved
- You act as an interface function for the coordination of activities and problems
- You optimise SAP warehouse management and material flow control
- You are responsible for the coordination, tracking and optimisation of operational logistics (incl. 3PL) based on defined KPIs
- You are responsible for the definition, description and optimisation of intralogistic processes (incl. 3PL processes)
- You are responsible for 5S standards and warehouse optimisations as well as for the training and development of warehouse personnel

**Qualifications**:

- You have completed a degree in engineering with a focus on logistics
- You have experience with warehouse and logistics processes and SAP processes, ideally within the automotive industry.
- You are proficient in MS Office, SAP R/3, VBA
- You have experience in project management
- You are business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are desirable
- You are characterised by analytical thinking and assertiveness
- You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
