Als Operational Logistics Coordinator bei Faszination GmbH in Hamburg sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Logistik- und Lieferteams. Sie werden für die effiziente Koordination und Verwaltung unserer logistischen Abläufe verantwortlich sein. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Planung und Überwachung der täglichen Logistikoperationen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Koordination mit Lieferanten und Kunden zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen.
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände und Materialflüsse.
  • Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Logistikprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen zur Unterstützung des Managements bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration der Logistikprozesse.

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Logistiksoftware und -systemen.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
