**Ocean Freight & Logistics Operations (Export / Import / Contracted Logistics)**

To further strengthen our operations in Germany, we are looking for motivated professionals to join our Ocean Freight and Contracted Logistics Operations.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
**1️. Ocean Freight Operation - Export**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ocean export operations for customers
- Coordinate schedules and costs with carriers, terminals, and inland transport providers
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Handle operational issues (delays, claims) and provide timely reporting
- Monitor KPIs and improve customer service quality

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Logistics, International Trade, or Shipping
- Proficiency in English (German a plus)
- Skilled in MS Office and logistics operation systems
- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset

Preferred
- Experience with carriers or freight forwarders
- Job experience in ocean export operations
- Experience in handling global accounts
- Familiarity with SAP or similar TMS

**2️. Ocean Freight Operation - Import**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ocean import operations
- Coordinate with origin forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and inland transport providers
- Handle import documentation and support customs clearance
- Manage billing, cost settlement, and invoicing
- Analyze and resolve operational issues

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English (German a plus)
- Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred
- Job experience in ocean import operations
- Experience in inland/terminal operations within Europe
- Previous work experience at a global freight forwarder

**3️. Contracted Logistics Operation**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage dedicated warehouse/center operations for key customers
- Oversee inbound/outbound, inventory management, and process improvements
- Manage 3PL partners
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and provide regular reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Job experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management
- Proven experience in warehouse/center operations
- Proficiency in English (German a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills

Preferred
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems
- Industry-specific experience (Automotive, Electronics, etc.)
