Ihre Aufgaben

You will support our Training Coordinator in our technical service training academy in coordinating training courses in alignment with the responsible trainers, L&D managers and others. Furthermore, you will check and administrate technical licenses in order to support our annual training planning, if required you monitor training attendance and ensure all training data is completely inserted and kept up to date in the existing training management system. One further important task will be the standardized administration of training data (e.g. post-documentation of participation after trainings).

Sie unterstützen unseren Trainingskoordinator in unserer Technical Service Training Academy bei der Koordination von Schulungen in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Trainern, L&D-Managern und anderen. Darüber hinaus prüfen und verwalten Sie technische Lizenzen zur Unterstützung unserer jährlichen Schulungsplanung, überwachen bei Bedarf die Schulungsteilnahme und stellen sicher, dass alle Schulungsdaten vollständig und aktuell in das bestehende Schulungsmanagementsystem eingepflegt werden. Eine weitere wichtige Aufgabe ist die standardisierte Verwaltung von Schulungsdaten (z.B. Nachdokumentation der Teilnahme nach Schulungen).

Ihr Profil
- Good English skills - both written and spoken
- Knowledge of handling (repetitive) administrative tasks
- Experiences in training coordination (alternatively event management)
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit (sich wiederholenden) administrativen Aufgaben
- Erfahrungen in der Trainingskoordination (alternativ Veranstaltungsmanagement)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lernmanagementsystemen (idealerweise Haufe Umantis und ILIAS)
- Kenntnisse im (Weiterbildungs-) Lizenzmanagement von Vorteil
