**Deployment & Training Coordinator (f/m/d)**
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Designing a role
- and process-based training program for AIDA and Costa for the project - including training objectives, needs assessment, curriculum, and training plan
- Coordinating and supervising the training content preparation for both shipside and shoreside users
- Leading, organizing, and coordinating the training resources ship and shore side
- Liaising with training stakeholders (including external course providers) to fulfil the defined training requirements
- Coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities and delivery of the deployment training program, ensuring efficient execution and adequate resource staffing for program needs
- Working closely with the Deployment Training Leadership team to understand and assist in establishing metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing deployment training efforts

**Your Profile**:

- Profound working experience in the fields of Training and Learning
- Experience in professional training within the Marine/Cruise industry
- Experience in designing role
- and process-based training courses
- Basic experience in Process, Change and Project Management
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience with maintenance processes and software
- Independent work ethic
- Very good written and spoken English
- Solution-oriented approach and networking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
