Our **Training Administration** delivers training to the business based on a forecast process and plan and book colleagues on external courses.
We ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE.
As a **Training Coordinator (M/F/d)**, you will be the single point of contact for offering specialist support to our Projects department and for subcontractors that require Vestas-specific training. We are **fully flexible regarding your location**: may it be Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, UK, BNL, Poland, Romania...
**You will be responsible for**:
- Creating and maintaining relevant training tools and templates
- Remaining up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in
- Maintaining and developing relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Forecasting and booking technical training as well as safety-related courses
- both internal and external
- Helping Line Management plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees
- Has a background within training, administration, communication or similar
- Is service-minded and has good networking skills
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Is highly independent, creative and not afraid to take ownership
- Pays attention to detail, is pragmatic and structured and has good time management skills
- Is flexible for travel activities
