We are now looking for a

**Logistics coordinator - Dispatcher (M/F/d)**

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Hamburg, Germany.

**What you will be doing**

The Logistics coordinator - Dispatcher will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and transportation providers in order to optimize logistics processes and meet customer demands. They will oversee the transportation and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods for the customers (OTD). This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

**As Logistics coordinator - Dispatcher, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Source and negotiate best service providers both for transportation and supply chain
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Communicate with service providers to achieve profitable delivery terms and conditions
- Supervises orders and arranges stocking of raw materials for the production needs
- Cooperate and book forwarding companies and couriers based on best delivery terms
- Provide shipment requirement completion:

- Prepare the main documentary set of shipments (invoices, packing lists),
- Cooperate with Project Managers, Warehouse manager and team leaders, global customs and logistics specialist and other stake holders with regard to shipment requirement completion (packing requirements, delivery modes and opportunities, documents needed etc.)
- Ensure smooth export/import operations by contacting customs agents
- Update delivery schedule to warehouse.
- Update delivery date on shipments when changes occur to Operations and Project organization
- Follow company policies and requirements set
- Report, communicate and escalate timely on changes/suggestions/problems to accordingly
- Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures. The responsibilities listed are illustrative and not exhaustive, and management may designate further reasonable tasks where needed.
- Checking and approving of invoices
- Dangerous goods handling
- Customs clearance (outbound via ATLAS / inbound communication with customs agent)
- Letter of Credit documentation

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk
- Ideally experience in export business and customs clearance, as well as specific legal training
- Requirements (e.g. dangerous goods processing)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience

**Aufgaben**:

- Prüfung und Korrektur von Lieferanweisungen (Anpassung von Lieferan-schriften, Incoterms, Versandarten in
- Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Vertriebsmitarbeiter)
- Anstoss von Kommissionierlisten
- Veranlassung sachgerechter Verpackung bei Dienstleistern
- Erstellung sämtlicher für den Versand erforderlichen Dokumente, z.B. Packlisten, Lieferscheine,
- Proformarechnungen etc.
- Gefahrgutabwicklung (Dokumentation und Kontrolle gemäß der einschlägigen Richtlinien)
- Veranlassung der Ausfuhrerklärung / Zollanmeldung über das elektron. Zollverfahren ATLAS
- Auswahl des Frachtführers (See, Luft, Kurier) sowie Erstellung und Vergabe des Versandauftrages und der
- Dokumente an den Fracht führer
- Prüfung und Kontierung von eingehenden Rechnungen für Verpackungen und Transporte
- Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung von Versandaufträgen im Liefer
- und Projektgeschäft

**Profil/Requirements**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Speditionskauffrau/-mann bzw. Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau/-mann
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Exportgeschäft und der Zollabwicklung, sowie spezielle Weiterbildung zu gesetzlichen
- Vorgaben (z.B. Gefahrgutabwicklung)
- Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
