Emea Sales and Marketing Group Leader Eus

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as Group Leader in charge of Sales and Marketing for the EUS Business Area (BA)
- Implementation of strategic directions in EMEA
- Driving the EUS BA achievement of turnover and profit (incl. planning and reporting)
- Leadership and development of EUS product management and Application Specialist team
- Manage third-party collaboration with a high level of integration into Olympus business processes
- Lead omni-channel marketing activities incl. promotion, workshops, HCP management, events and procedure development
- Monitor market volume, segment and competitive assessment
- Support pan-European activities to stimulate sales
- Interface with the manufacturing centers and the EMEA country organizations

Your qualification
- University degree in Business Administration / International Management or similar education
- A least 5 years of sales and/or marketing working experience in medical devices, preferably EUS devices
- First leadership and mentoring experience, strong negotiation skills
- Sales Experience beneficial
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written); further languages advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, creative and inspiring character
- Pragmatic, organizational and methodical working style
- Readiness to travel (about 30%)
