Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Führung eines Teams aus Sales Spezialisten EUS und disziplinarische Führung des Market Management in der DACH-Region
- Verantwortung der Sales
- und Profitergebnisse für die Investiven - und Verbrauchsgüter dieser Business Unit
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus dem EMEA-Headquarter
- Umsetzung der regionalen, nationalen und europäischen EUS-Strategie
- Betreuung der relevanten nationalen Gremien, Verbände in der Region DACH und der regionalen Healthcare Professionals im Sinne einer langfristigen, partnerschaftlichen Entwicklung
- Mitgestaltung des kurz
- und mittelfristigen Marketingplan der Region
- Verantwortung für eine strukturierte Ermittlung und Analyse von Kunden
- und Marktbedürfnissen und der damit verbundenen Potentialidentifizierung
- Verantwortung für die KPI Nachverfolgung und begleiten die Entwicklung der adäquaten Steuerungstools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internen nationalen, regionalen und europäischen Abteilungen (Produktmanagement, Sales, Controlling, Business Support)
- Repräsentation der Firma Olympus und Funktion als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Teammitglieder und deren Kundenkreis

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurswesen, Medizintechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit sehr gutem kaufmännischen und medizintechnischem Wissen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Produktmanagement von medizinischen Investitions
- und Verbrauchsgütern im B-to-B Segment
- Mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrungen im Bereich EUS und/oder bildgebende Verfahren sind von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung im Konzernumfeld, idealerweise mit Matrixstruktur
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Gremien und Verbänden, sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Entscheiderstrukturen des Gesundheitswesen in der DACH-Region
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches sowie kundenorientiertes Denken
- Reisetätigkeit von bis zu 40-50%
- Nachweis über Masernimpfschutz oder -immunität
