**Lead Master Data Governance EMEA**

**What to expect**:

- Managing, inspiring, and growing the EMEA SCM MDM team, which consists of a group at our production facility and a group at the EMEA headquarters
- Implementing global, regional, and local policies and practises across EMEA under the direction of the recently established global MDM organisation
- Overseeing MDM workstreams in projects, such as the installation of an international master data governance system, data catalogue rollouts, or ERP rollouts
- Constantly enhancing our apps to meet evolving market and regulatory needs and pursuing automation and efficiency
- Close collaboration with numerous departments, including product management, regulatory, and planning, as well as the Operational Business Service Team and the Global Master Data Organization. You serve as the primary channel of communication and escalation for MDM issues across EMEA
- As a member of the community, you take part in cooperative projects and programmes including promoting data literacy and pursuing FAIR (find, access, interoperate, reuse) master data

**Personal Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and a degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related branch of study
- A thorough awareness of master data needs, as well as its effects on company operations and digitization
- Strong familiarity with end-to-end data flows and master data-relevant SAP areas such as SAP MM, SD, MDG or analogous programmes
- Understanding of data catalogues and related tools, such as master data governance,
- Project management and operational experience with a master data management focus
- Leadership experience in mid
- to large-scale cross-functional project situations, such as in disciplinary or functional leadership roles
- Business consulting experience to add value for internal customers
- Effective communication at all levels of the organisation, in international, complicated teams
- A proactive approach, strong organisational abilities, and an attention to detail and a desire for success
- Excellent grasp of both written and spoken German and English
