As **Head of Product (Sr. Director / VP / CPO) **you are building the heart of Choco - the product that creates value for our users. You will drive execution across multiple teams, build for multiple ICPs across multiple geographies. You are an execution machine, truly own our product pipeline and make sure we are always shipping. You are consistently aligning our EPD teams and build a true force of constant delivery. In everything you do you put user value first. You work directly with our users to inform your intuition and expect the same for your teams.

Together with our CEO you develop our product vision, and together with engineering and product design teams you execute on it. You will lead and inspire a team of highly skilled and motivated Product Managers and Product Designers. You will attract, train and retain world-class talent and never compromise.

We are a product-first company, and the expectations towards our Head of Product is to further amplify this. Your role is vital and will be the difference between achieving our vision of building a sustainable food system or not.

- Set consistently clear priorities by working together with regional leaders and senior leadership**What we’re looking for**- Strong and inspiring leader that people want to work for, with a proven track record-
- A true product person, always on top of latest technology and newest products-
- You are strategic as much as you are an execution machine - and you know when to be which-
- You have built world-class products in product-first companies before, ideally in B2B SaaS-
- You thrive in complexity, ambiguity, and unknowns and always provide a way forward-
- Great product intuition and razor sharp analytical mindset to back your thoughts with data-
- Ideally you had complete end-to-end ownership of a product org before-
- You went from MVP to PMF and GA several times before-
- You have worked with AI before, at least in your free-time-
- Ideally, you have B2B experience, understanding the complexities of building a suite of products for SMB and Enterprise customers. You know how to work with international sales teams.-
- You are humble, positive, team-first, hard-working, want to perform and expect the same from the people around you-
