Head of Product

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.

We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily in the food industry, we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services.

Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a Head of Product with experience to help us continually improve our digital product.

Tasks

As our Head of Product, you will shape the future of our digital platform. You will work directly with the leadership team and our founders and will be responsible for making sure our farmer platform grows in line with our vision and company goals.

Depending on your background and focus, your tasks could include:

- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Manage the product roadmap, coordinating with individual squads and the leadership team
- Manage the product process: coordinating between our tech, design and agriculture teams; managing squads; owning documentation
- Oversee insights generation & user testing
- Analyse and track product use and impact on end users
- Manage the product team and coach product managers into becoming product leaders

**Requirements**:

- Mininimum 7 years experience in a product role
- Fluent English, German-speakers strongly preferred
- An interest for sustainability and agriculture - no previous experience in this field is required but you need to be happy to acquire knowledge on agriculture
- Strong experience with Agile framework
- Experience working in data-driven environments
- Experience leading product managers

- You enjoy working cross-functionally and are comfortable communicating with developers, designers and farmers
