Lumiform, founded in 2019, is a fast-growing, product-driven software startup based in Berlin and operating globally. Over 40,000 organizations across 21 countries use the Lumiform App - and this is just the beginning. A few months ago, we raised €6.4 Million in a Series-A funding round with Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic to further transform the untapped €164 billion inspection market. Inspections take place in all major industries worldwide and are still conducted mainly by pen and paper, like cleaning documentation, risk assessments, maintenance checks, hygiene documentation, safety walk documentation, etc. Our intuitive app digitalizes and automates the whole inspection workflow. Over 2 million inspections were already submitted - thousands every day. Our product will evolve into the leading deskless worker OS, and our incredible team works passionately to make deskless teams thrive. As a product-led growth-focused SaaS company with a self-serve approach, our product is the core of our business. You will own and drive the product vision and strategy while working hands-on on optimizing the product. Consequently, you will directly and heavily influence Lumiform’s success. **Responsibilities**: - Define and own the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the executive team. - Manage and structure the product team, currently consisting of a UX/UI designer and product manager, and ensure alignment with the overall business goals. - Define scalable processes to prepare the product team’s growth and ensure efficiency. - Manage all product stakeholders and demonstrate that you are on top of things. - Drive long-term, high-impact features and product modules. - Analyze the business and user impact of potential features in a data-driven manner using your strong analytical skills. - Work closely with our tech, customer success, and sales teams to ensure our product aligns with technical capabilities and market demand. - Prioritise features by our customer’s and business needs. - Talk to Lumiform users, investigate analog players, have an eye on our competition, process and analyze feature requests, analyze product data, conceptualize features, brief designers, scope features with engineers, create wireframes, and do many, many other things - no two days will be the same. **Requirements**: - +4 years of experience as a product manager. - +2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or fast-growing and successful tech startup. - +2 years of experience in managing designers or product managers. - You live in Berlin and enjoy coming to our beautiful office several times a week. - You have a strong understanding of product management methodologies. - You are familiar with management practices and a natural at managing others. - You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. - You have a passion for understanding product trends in SaaS and product-led-growth environments. - You are an excellent communicator, you can motivate others, and you are good at managing stakeholders. - You have an extraordinary ability to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical product topics that will have the most impact on our business and customers. - You love to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take responsibility. - You are willing to 'get your hands dirty' and to support everywhere in the product department if necessary. **Benefits** - Hybrid model (come to the office twice a week and the rest of the days is your decision) and flexible working hours. - A beautiful and bright office in the heart of Berlin (F-hain) where we have fresh fruits, free drinks, good coffee, and lots of cafés and restaurants of almost every origin close by. - Annual meet-up in Berlin for a week (The Lumi-Week) with all employees where we have workshops, team events, drinks, delicious food, and good talks. - Fun team events and 'Friyay' drinks. - We care about your personal & professional development.
