SAP LeanIX is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced **Head of Product Management** to lead one of the most business-critical parts of our platform**: the SAP LeanIX Inventory.**

As Head of Product Management for Inventory, you will drive this core capability forward - maximizing its business impact for our customers while setting new standards in usability, performance, and scalability. You’ll join a fast-scaling international SaaS company with a strong culture of ownership, curiosity, and impact. At LeanIX, product leadership means shaping both what we build and how we build it - while working at the intersection of innovation and enterprise-critical value.

Owed to the integration process of LeanIX, Lia De Kruif, serves as a proxy Manager and you will receive more information about the actual manager during the recruitment process. This role is based in Berlin and Bonn and relocation may be necessary if you are not currently based nearby.

**What’s Waiting for You**:
As Head of Product Management for Inventory, you will:

- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Inventory and its foundational capabilities of our solution, ensuring it delivers measurable value to customers and supports strategic IT decision-making at scale.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product and Go-To-Market peers, taking full accountability to align roadmaps, define priorities, ensure delivery quality and product outcomes.
- Maintain a hands-on product mindset, while safeguarding time for strategic work and long-term planning.
- Partner closely with UX and Engineering in your tribe and beyond to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.
- Spearheading innovation initiatives, including the integration of AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with long-term business value and market differentiation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with strategic customers, acting as a thought partner and champion for their evolving needs.
- Take formal leadership and build a high-performing team of product managers in your tribe by coaching, developing, and empowering them to grow and succeed.
- Act as a visible ambassador of the Inventory both internally and externally, including customer briefings, conferences, and executive sessions.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You bring:

- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in modern agile software development environments (SaaS).
- 3+ years track record of direct people leadership experience in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with customers.
- Strategic mindset combined with executional rigor — you can set direction, make bold decisions, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- A solid understanding of the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) domain, ideally with a collaborative and community-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with high empathy for both customers and internal teams.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
