Founders Associate Intern

**Your Impact**:
As a **Founders Associate** **Intern**you’ll work side-by-side with our Founders Associate and our CEO on refining a new Product & GTM Strategy. Scope the next 10x product case and develop it into a functioning prototype with them. You can expect steep learning curves, direct ownership, and work that is visible across the entire company.

**Your tasks**:

- ** Shape the next 10× product bet** - Help scope, prototype and validate new product extensions that will become core revenue drivers.
- ** Refine our new GTM strategy** - Analyze early traction data, define hypotheses, and run rapid experiments to scale the motion.
- ** Build scalable processes** - From outbound playbooks to customer-onboarding flows, design and systematize what works so it keeps working at 10× the volume.
- ** Become AI-native** - Automate your own workflows with tools like Lovable, Cursor, or whatever you’re excited about, then share best practices with the team.

- You are excited about discovering new AI tools and implementing them into your daily work increasing your own and the team's efficiency
- You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English
