**Position Overview**:
We're looking for a **Founders Associate** to work alongside our CEO on key projects that matter. In this role, you'll help manage strategic priorities, improve our internal processes, and support the execution of our company vision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, can adapt to changing needs, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing business. You'll gain valuable insight into how leadership decisions are made while helping us build something special.

**Your Role & Impact**
- Collaborate with the CEO as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and business planning and advice in the day-to-day business.
- Support of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives (e.g. budgeting cycles, roadmapping)
- Develop reliable workflows, processes, and task automation throughout the entire company (accounting, logistics, procurement, human resources, legal, sales, etc.)
- Oversee all IT operations, from selecting and configuring hardware/software to maintaining systems, enforcing security, managing user access, and liaising with external partners
- Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on objectives.
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and provide insights to inform strategy and partnerships.
- Assist in preparing materials and communications for investors, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.

- Fluent in English
