We are CoCrafter (YC W24), a Munich-based start-up founded in 2023 with a mission to revolutionize collaboration processes in construction. The construction industry is the backbone of the European economy but has been largely overlooked by digitization efforts. The result: inefficient processes and untapped potential. Subcontracting is one of the most crucial processes in construction, and no large project can be realized without it. However, highly inefficient subcontracting processes lead to lost revenue and missed growth opportunities for contractors every day. This issue is further exacerbated by the ongoing labor shortage. **CoCrafter is the solution**: Our platform enables contractors to find and manage subcontractors effectively—all in one place. We bring transparency and quality to a highly fragmented market. Backed by top-tier investors, we are already helping some of the largest construction companies redefine their subcontracting processes. In 2024, we secured €1.7M in funding from Y Combinator, 10x Founders, and other investors, positioning us to scale rapidly. Aufgaben Wir suchen Dich als Founders Associate Intern zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams - Du solltest schnell lernen können und den Herausforderungen eines Startups gewachsen sein. Der Fokus im operativen Tagesgeschäft von CoCrafter auf Business-Seite. Du wirst eigenständige Projekte vorantreiben und viel im Kundenkontakt mit unseren Subunternehmern sein. Du wirst eng mit den Gründern zusammenarbeiten - die Rolle ist eine ideale Vorbereitung für eine mögliche eigene Gründung später einmal. Verantwortlichkeiten - Marketplace Operations: Customer Sucess und Quality Assurance auf unserem Marketplace. - Subunternehmer Akquise: Aufbau und Entwicklung von skalierbaren Kanälen zur Akquise von Subunternehmern. - Multiplikatoren: Entwicklung von Multiplikatoren im Go-To-Market. - Founders Associate Tasks: Alle sonstigen essentiellen Aufgaben, die im Tagesgeschäft anfallen.
