About the role

As part of the Operations Team, you will support as a Working Student for People, Office, and Events in our brand new 1000 m2 office with a 360° view over Munich and a fantastic rooftop terrace. Are you an organizational talent, service-oriented, and not afraid to proactively help? Then this role is perfect for you You will contribute to our employee culture, planning unforgettable events for all Userlaners and independently managing our daily office administration. Gain hands-on operations knowledge, collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external, and drive process improvements along our employee lifecycle.

**Your mission**:

- ** PEOPLE**:

- You will be coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- You will support managing the offboarding process for departing employees and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple HR projects and initiatives.
- **
EVENTS**:

- You will be taking an active and creative role in activities and initiatives to strengthen team relationships both onsite and in a remote setup, including organizing local team and company events.
- You will support our management team in planning and hosting various industry events and preparing invitations for relevant business partners.
- **
OFFICE**:

- With your positive attitude, you will take care of the overall office organization.
- You coordinate and communicate with external service/hospitality contractors.
- You are the first contact on site and welcome talents and customers with your friendly and open attitude.
- With your organizational skills, you also provide travel management & booking support for internal employees & business partners.

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant degree program, and available for 20 hours per week (preferably 3-4 days per week in the office for 4-5 hours daily).
- You have already gained experience in the commercial and/or hospitality industry
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
- You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You stand out with your positive attitude.
