Are you a student with a passion for project management & analytics and want to partner with a great team to improve and scale our Global Compensation & People Analytics/Processes landscape?

Following our exceptional growth and internationalization, the People Team has an exciting opportunity for an analytical, data-loving student who wants to work on challenging assignments from People analytics and compensation structures to supporting global salary review processes - thus having a direct impact on how we ensure being an attractive place to be for our talented NavVis team globally. You will cooperate closely with People Business Partners and our People Projects & Scaling Manager and report directly to our Global Head of People & Culture. You will join a People Team made up of highly diverse backgrounds, experiences, and personalities. The team's mission this year

As the global People and Culture compass, we enable our existing and future Spatialists to grow, succeed and make an impact. We make up the backbone of NavVis.

How you will make an impact
- You will drive, coordinate and contribute to a broad range of important projects with a focus on compensation, eg benchmarking, and salary structures setup
- You will be the ‘data wizard’ preparing and owning the data backbone of global processes, eg salary and promotion reviews
- You will coordinate and contribute to continuous process improvements
- You will have the opportunity to work within a global context, given our international company setup, global processes and varying country-specific requirements

What will help you succeed in the role
- You want to use your previous experience (as an intern or working student) in Project Management, HR/People topics, or a related field to have a real impact
- You enjoy leveraging your strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as your Excel knowhow to successfully drive your projects
- You like numbers and gain energy from being the trusted ‘owner’ of important data sets and analyses
- You would like to join a closely knit and fun People Team where we strongly value cooperation based on individual ownership as well as a pragmatic can-do attitude
- You bring strong English communication skills that will allow you to communicate with your colleagues in an international context
