TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defence through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions are designed to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student in People Operations to support our growing team in Munich. In this role, you will contribute directly to building a strong foundation for HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and a great employee experience as we scale.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, contracts, and documentation.

  • Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers.

  • Help organize onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.

  • Contribute to internal communication and culture initiatives, such as events and feedback cycles.

  • Research and implement HR best practices and digital tools to improve efficiency.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding People Ops topics.



Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.

  • First experience in HR, office management, or operations is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable — with a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
