transition to electric and connected mobility. We develop innovative electronic control units for electric vehicles for our global customers. **Your role**
We are looking for a hands-on working student to be part of our People team in the field of Recruiting & People Development. You will have the chance to support the Recruiting Manager on several different tasks like sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing for student and full-time positions as well as presenting ME authentically on relevant platforms. In the field of People Development, you will support the People Development Manager with onboarding, offboarding and employee development tasks. You will work independently and have the chance to bring your own ideas and grow in a cut-edge, fast-paced and innovative start-up with great colleagues. Sounds interesting? Keep on reading
**Your future tasks at a glance**:
- Support in managing and executing the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interview scheduling, CV screening, interviewing ) for student and full-time roles
- Promote our roles on relevant social media channels
- Support with diverse onboarding and offboarding tasks like: preparing necessary documents, organizing first days & inviting employees to relevant groups and trainings
- Support employee benefits management
- Plan, organize and evaluate trainings
- Support the People team with diverse organizational and administrative tasks
**What you bring with you**:
- You are enrolled as a bachelor or master student in the fields of business administration, psychology or similar
- You have a strong interest in recruiting & people development topics, if you already have experience in these areas, that's a plus.
- You enjoy taking responsibility and are not afraid of unknown situations
- You are able to work independently and creatively
- You have a high level of comprehension and motivation
- You prefer to work as part of a team.
- You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
