Founders’ Associate - German Speaking - Full-time

At HealthCaters, we believe in the power of preventative care - and that it should be available to anyone, anywhere.

That’s why we’re building an employee-first corporate health platform that helps businesses understand and manage workforce health.

We offer a combination of modern onsite biometric screenings and an employee prevention app. The test results are then analysed by our powerful health risk assessment engine to create organisational health risks and a plan to manage them effectively.

We are looking for a Founders’ Associate Intern who will work at the intersection of strategy, business development, sales, operations, and GTM - all to help the company reach its goals and make our vision come true - save lives through accessible preventive medicine. You will work directly with the founders and senior management of the team.

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to take on serious and socially important challenges. You will contribute to the most relevant initiatives and projects and you’ll witness the growth of a young startup to become a mature market player and a leader in its field

**Tasks**

You will contribute on a daily basis:

- Go-to-market: analyse new key markets & create high-level market entry strategies, competitive analysis, pricing strategy etc
- Sales: help founders with prospecting, outreach, and sales materials preparation
- Marketing: Linkedin + other social media strategy + management
- Operations: Help the ops team with customer launches
- Product: help our Product team with testing PMF hypothesis
- Founders support: assist founders & senior management in all topics that are relevant and important to reach company OKRs
- Finance & Board Work: management account preparation, help with preparation for board meetings

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Can take A LOT of responsibility
- Quick learner, excellent doer
- Has a problem-solving attitude and always strives to have multiple ways leading to the same business result
- Has experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and easily adapts to new circumstances
- Likes responsibility and autonomous work
- Fluent English AND German, both written and verbal (native-like level)
- Based in Berlin, has a work visa
- Can travel flexibly / last-minute if needed
- Able to work full-time
