Die Geschäftseinheit Vestas Northern & Central Europe umfasst den Verkauf, die Errichtung und den Service von Vestas Windenergieanlagen in Zentraleuropa. Die Service Abteilung ist hierbei für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen verantwortlich. In unserem Streben, die beste Geschäftseinheit innerhalb des Vestas Konzerns zu werden, sind Teamarbeit und Kommunikation unser Schlüssel zum Erfolg.

Für die Abteilung Service suchen wir ab sofort einen **Field Operations Dispatcher (m/w/d) **für unseren **Standort in Berlin**.

**Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören**
- Planen/Koordinieren von Störungseinsätzen an Windkraftanlagen
- Bündelung von Serviceaufträgen und Zuteilung an Serviceteams inklusive Zeitplanung
- Erstellung einer 52 Wochenplanung
- Durchführung von Datenpflege im Sales Force-System
- Überprüfen der allgemeinen Eingaben der Monteure in den Serviceaufträgen und Veranlassen eventueller Folgemaßnahmen
- Auftrag des Versands notwendiger Materialien und Werkzeugen
- Einholen von Informationen die für die Planung notwendig sind

**Was du mitbringst**
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sales Force Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sales Force Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- EDV Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen
- Englischkenntnisse
