**Company Description**
More than 20 years ago, zooplus was one of the first to bring the pet category into the world of eCommerce. Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.
The Display and Paid Social Team aims to drive traffic to zooplus and boost customer conversion rates by advertising on third-party websites and social media platforms. The **Display and Paid Social Team Lead (all genders)** oversees the work of regional Display and Paid Social Specialists as they execute local display and paid social media campaigns.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Own Display and Paid Social channels and work with the Head of ONA to define growth strategy and performance targets and is responsible for their achievement
- Identify and support the implementation of display and paid social marketing projects in accordance with company and/ or external factors to drive growth as well as performance improvement, prioritizing projects when necessary
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, meeting budgetary and quality standards
- Provide regional Display and Paid Social Specialists with expert advice on operational guidelines and campaign optimization, sharing best practice and supporting their professional development
- Establish a shared process between central and local teams to ensure that channel strategy, campaign tactics and guidance are harmonically aligned and implemented
- Work intra and cross functionally to coordinate with other teams on shared projects, supporting, analyzing and improving workflow for further development
- Coordinate with Social and Influencer teams to ensure that zooplus's paid and organic social approaches are aligned
- Build strong relationships with third-party advertisers
- Measure, analyze and report on display and paid social campaign performance against set KPI goals, proposing solutions and growth opportunities and ensuring that projects are automated where possible and executed at scale
- Identify trends and insights, working with the Analytics and Insights spoke, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights
- Support in recruiting and managing regional display and paid social specialists
**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of social media platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion journey
- Specialist understanding of display and paid social marketing
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to negotiate
- Project and budget management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Understanding of business model and capability of integrating channel/ campaign strategy into corporate strategies
