Consultant Paid Social Media

What we look for:You develop, implement, and optimize paid social media strategies for our national and international clients across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).You create best-in-class campaigns to support business goals, ensuring effective targeting, creative strategy, and budget allocation.You continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and engagement rates.You conduct market, audience, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.You provide clear, data-driven reports to communicate campaign results and actionable insights effectively to clients.You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid social media marketing and apply innovative approaches to improve performance.You collaborate closely with other digital marketing experts to ensure alignment and maximize campaign success.You support in pitch presentations and client meetings, showcasing your expertise and contributing to business growth.What we require:You have a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field with excellent grades (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).You have around 2 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, or a related digital marketing environment.You possess strong analytical skills, a structured working approach, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).You have experience in managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and other relevant platforms.You display a proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making.You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data to clients.You are fluent in English and German.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
