So far, our products have already avoided using over 6 million plastic bottles and producing countless tonnes of unnecessary CO2 emissions and chemicals. Together, with you as our **Team Lead Performance Marketing Paid Social** (all genders)**, we want to take everdrop to the next level. In doing so, you will be a supporting part of our mission to inspire people to opt for sustainable cleaning agents in their everyday life.

**Your tasks**:

- You will take on technical supervision, line management and further development of a 6-person team.
- You will be responsible for the performance of our data-driven marketing activities on channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
- You will be in charge of performance management across five countries.
- You will develop strategies, structures, forecasts and reports for the performance marketing team and associated departments.
- You will ensure efficient acquisition of new customers as well as true customer loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
- You will be the point of contact when it comes to tracking, attribution, testing and advanced optimisation for acquisition and customer loyalty.
- You will develop and optimise concepts, A/B tests, landing pages and creative campaigns and use them to determine which courses of action are recommended.
- You will manage and optimise the conception, creation and further development of advertising material in cooperation with our creative team.
- You will work closely with teams such as SEA, Native and Influencer Marketing to ensure an effective cross-channel strategy and optimal customer journey.
- You will experiment with new trends and technology from online marketing to constantly improve our performance.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales and ROI targets on a national and international scale.
- You will be responsible for the budget in your department.

- You have sound practical experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social within a fast-growing e-commerce company.

- You attach great importance to clear, transparent communication.
- You have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of structures, processes and figures.
- Ideally, you already have some experience working with OKRs and cross-functional structures.
- You are very familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics), TikTok, Pinterest ads manager and terms such as reels, ad placements, CBO, Spark Ads or UGC - describe your expertise.
- You have a talent for organisation and can stay on top of things even in stressful or chaotic periods.
- Your hands-on mentality and solution-orientated approach sets you apart.
- You are very interested in new trends and always thinking one step ahead.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1).
