Specialist Social Marketing

**The position**:
We are seeking a motivated **Social Media Specialist (M/F/d)** to join our Marketing Team and carry responsibility for both our own and our clients social media presence.

Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, drive website traffic, increase revenue and drive sustainble data-driven growth for our clients through strategic utilization of social marketing.

You should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. You should also have experience or interest in holistic marketing including SEO, Paid Advertising and CRO. As part of **KEMB** you will also actively participate in promoting our products and services while providing support to existing and potential customers.

**Your mission**:

- You build and execute organic and paid social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- You create editorial calendars and generate regular content that builds meaningful connections on platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- You set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- You continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- You collaborate with both Content and Paid Advertising to optimize strategies and built sustainable growth.

**Your profile**:

- You have proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. Preferably thorough knowledge of both organic and social marketing in the B2B sector.
- You have a Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
- You have excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in both German and English.
- You have adequate knowledge of web design, CRO, online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Experience with Growth and E-Mail marketing is a plus.
- You have a valid working permission for Germany.
