Job Description Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and display campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, etc.). Support in the setup, management, and reporting of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Monitor performance KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, analytics) and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency. Support budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across channels. Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to test new channels, formats, and strategies. Qualifications1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to programmatic/display buying. Some experience running or assisting with campaign on paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/PowerBI). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus). Additional InformationWith more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
