**CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) - FRACTIONAL/PORTFOLIO - BERLIN**

We’re looking for top quality CFOs based in **BERLIN.** Are you a driven and entrepreneurial CFO looking to be part of a global business?

Joining The CFO Centre will allow you the opportunity to provide portfolio/fractional CFO services to ambitious small to mid-size businesses with revenues of €2-€100 million. **DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SOME OF THE FOLLOWING?**
- Driving strategic direction of a business or Identifying risks?
- Increasing profit or Improving cash flow?
- Sourcing funding or Selling/exiting businesses?
- Tightening up compliance or Optimizing tax and legal?
- Implementing KPI reporting or Improving systems and controls?
- Mergers and acquisitions or Reviewing business plans?

**HOW DOES IT WORK?**

The role is self-employed, whilst operating within a defined model, combining the benefits of being part of a team and supported by a well-established organisation, but with a level of autonomy and freedom in how you deliver outcomes for clients. The role will have the full support of the Group CEO and our Group Head of Operations, along with marketing and operational support from the Global Head Office team.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have worked as a CFO for a minimum of 5 years during your finance career;
- You have a finance related degree, MBA or professional accounting qualification;
- You have a breadth of sector and transactional experience.
- Fluency in English and German.

- The earnings potential of the CFO role is dependent on the size of the individual’s portfolio of clients.
- Income Up to €165,000
- Flexible Hours
- Min commitment 3 days a week
