**Your role**:
Surface Solutions is planned to become a stand-alone business under GNMI ownership. In this context, a fully-fledged, dedicated Finance function needs to be build up for Surface Solutions. The interim Head of Treasury role is critical in building and implementing key treasury processes for a mid-sized international company with three production sites and over 15 legal entities across more than 10 countries.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance & banking, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred
- Proven experience (over 10 years) in leadership roles in banking / treasury management, cash management, and financial risk management, ideally within a mid-sized international company
- Demonstrated experience in building a standalone treasury function, particularly in a multi-national context with multiple legal entities
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance.
- Agile mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and stakeholders
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
