If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of AI. **Position Overview**: As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of our organization's AI strategy. You will lead a team of talented AI professionals and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver AI solutions that enhance our business operations. **Your Tasks**: - Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and technological advancements - For the global DöhlerGroup, you drive the vision, steer our CoE AI and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences and drive business growth - You build up an international team, lead it professionally and disciplinarily and provide guidance as well as mentorship to solidify AI competitive advantages - Oversee the design and deployment of AI models, algorithms and systems, ensuring high performance, accuracy and scalability - Therefore, you identify competitors, market trends as well as internal best practices and act as a business partner to link processes and strategies around AI with our business - To reach this, you bring new ideas to life independently and creatively, set standards and push yourself to the limits of what is possible - Explore and adapt groundbreaking AI technologies using especially but not only the Microsoft Azure platform, pushing the boundaries of innovation in our quest to revolutionize the industry (e.g. Databricks, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI and more) **Your Requirements**: - You have a minimum of 5 years of project experience in terms of data analytics, data architecture, data engineering, machine learning, DevOps or comparable AI related fields - You see yourself equally as a techie, project manager and business partner between your CoE AI and the global business to align AI initiatives with business goals and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders - You have already built up and led an international team and are able to inspire and motivate teams, manage resources effectively and drive a culture of continuous learning and growth - You have an in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, algorithms and platforms, including deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision - You are enthusiastic about the latest IT and tech trends, keep yourself up-to-date and are open-minded towards new technologies - You have successfully completed your studies in a STEM discipline, e.g. computer science, industrial engineering or comparable - You use your analytical, mathematical and strategic way of working in a goal-oriented way to identify or develop and implement new concepts and tools to optimize processes - You know how to use your strong communication skills to convince colleagues and partners of your ideas as well as for communicating with our management board - You are willing to travel occasionally and speak English and German very well (at least level B2) **Your Benefits** - Culture: Friendly and informal atmosphere, family-owned company, flat hierarchies, short communication channels, and helpful colleagues - Impact: You are an integral part of our business success and make an important contribution to the future of nutrition - Empowerment: You can fully unleash your potential and have the opportunity to take on responsibilities - Digitalization: We
