**Your mission during this flight**:
Behind the scenes you enable our Munich team in their daily doing by helping to ensure that the correct infrastructure is in place. You protect our reputation and guard our security. You have a hands on, can do attitude and you are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that business needs are met. You are ready and willing to help and to learn on the job.
- Manage Volocopter's multiple facilities in Munich with it’s daily operations
- Support all necessities of the facility and needs of the teams
- Manage of our central entry system and car fleet
- Manage daily facility requirements including building security, waste and storage
- Support health and safety team
- Maintain our facilities to the highest of standards, pre-empting renovation requirements and repairs as required

**Required skills**
- A relevant professional qualification would be advantageous - Technician
- Relevant experience in Facility Management
- Technical work experience (Technician) and building management experience
- Basic knowledge of invoice and expense management
- Excellent communication skills
- Working level English and German are a must
- You have a talent for organization and prioritizing
- Analytical mindset
