**Tasks**:
- We are looking for a new full-time manager with a focus on contract law and experience in telecommunications and IT law as soon as feasible to strengthen and lead a department in our Legal & Privacy department.
- You oversee the Legal Sourcing & Product department, one of the three departments within the Legal & Privacy division.
- You and your team work closely with the departments to serve as the point of contact for all legal inquiries pertaining to your area of responsibility from businesses in the telecommunications sector.
- You are a professional in your own right, but in your capacity as a manager, you also oversee and delegate the incoming inquiries.
- Specifically, you oversee the contractual relationships with suppliers and provide significant legal support for the setup of a new mobile network.
- Additionally, you draught and negotiate large supplier and advance service contracts as well as other contracts with a focus on IT law from software purchasing and inter-company contracts with other companies in the group.
- You conduct court and arbitration proceedings and manage external litigation.
**Requirements**:
- You are a qualified lawyer.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or a company.
- Experience in the telecommunications, IT or equipment industry is an advantage.
- You have already managed large contract projects independently.
- You have relevant experience in leading a team in terms of content and, if necessary, disciplinary matters.
- You approach work and thought in an entrepreneurial manner, and you pride yourself on having the capacity for teamwork, resilience, and effective communication.
