**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Within People Experience, the Mobility Services team is the point of contact for our national and international employees, managers and colleagues on all matters relating to relocation services such as Visa, work permit and international mobility services. Through your daily work, you drive the performance of your team and are part of Zalando's growth.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Processing and maintenance of employee master data as well as answering employee queries in our ticket system Service Now. Experience in SAP, Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Your expertise relates to the field of data storage, reminder management and data processing
- Reliable contact person in a first level mode and dispatching for all incoming requests of our customers and stakeholder Zalando wide.
- Intense usage of our knowledge base of Compass for guidance of our customer and stakeholder
- Support in global mobility projects and initiatives as a data provider expert

**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You understand and comply with internal processes and you are aware of the impact of your work
- You understand and can reproduce advanced process tasks
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new challenges
- You bring along first experience in the typical People Experience administration and the respective laws and regulations necessary for your area of expertise
- Having basic verbal and written English skills and German language skills is mandatory to perform the role
