Financial Specialist E-mobility

About the job

For the E-Mobility team we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Financial Specialist for the Central Back-Office team who has a strong knowledge in the area of Finance and SAP. You are experienced in a distributed SAP FICA-FICO environment and are bridging the gap between SAP financials and developers. If you are service oriented, with a hands-on mentality, persistent and able to investigate and solve financial issues independently, you will be a perfect fit for our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconciliation of FICA - FICO
- Responsible for reconciliation of bank accounts
- Accountable for account maintenance, clearing and setting off of debtors'/creditors' accounts. open item management, collection and disbursement in FICA
- Overseeing and steering/ coordinating changes in collaboration with other departments
- Support of Business Control in SAP FICO and SAP FICA
- Incident handling and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and FICA
- Train and support key users
- Responsible for reconciliation of Payment Service Provider - FICA-FICO
- Support the solving of data quality issues with financial impact
- Supporting financial closing
- Creation of periodic reports for FBS, Business Control and Group Tax on BU E-Mobility level
- Identify data quality issues and provide reports
- Support the local departments in the correct interpretation of the results from the reporting and quarterly financial statements

- Preferably a Bachelor degree or gained this knowledge level by work experience
- At least 3 year experience in SAP FICA.
- SAP BRIM and FICO knowledge is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through with strong problem-solving skills.
- Natural enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- You have a sound understanding of business processes and the customizing, especially in the areas Payment and Treasury and in adjacent areas like Finance, Accounting and Controlling
- A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
- Experience in agile working methods is an advantage
- Analytical and quality-oriented way of thinking and working
- Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with fluent command of written and spoken English; German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
- Responsible and structured way of working with an affinity for problem solving
