Our founding team has previously raised >€500M and built AI systems at global scale. **The Role**: This is a unique opportunity to join Forgent AI at the ground floor. As a Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll operate at the heart of the company—partnering directly with the founders on everything from GTM to product strategy, tech ops, hiring, and investor relations. You'll be trusted with real ownership and get a 360° view of what it takes to build a venture-backed AI startup from scratch.
