Finance & Growth Lead

Nucs AI is a leading-edge MedTech startup focused on transforming the clinical management of prostate cancer with advanced AI-driven software solutions. As we prepare for our further fundraising rounds, we are looking for a highly driven and strategic finance leader to join our team as Finance & Growth Lead in our Berlin, Germany office.

As Finance & Growth Lead at Nucs AI, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving fundraising efforts. You will work directly with the Founder and executive team to oversee financial planning, investor relations, and capital management. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial growth of an AI-powered MedTech startup, supporting us scale towards Series A and beyond.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in venture financing, strategic finance, or startup financial operations. Prior experience in MedTech, SaaS, or AI-driven healthcare solutions is a plus.

• Support fundraising efforts, including accounting, financial modeling, investor presentations, and capital strategy for our fundraising rounds and beyond.

• Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization.

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring proper controls, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic financial decision-making.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, VCs, and financial institutions.

• Optimize equity and cap table management, ensuring effective capital allocation.

• Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy, pricing models, and market expansion plans.

• Manage financial risk assessment, tax optimization, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategic finance, or startup financial operations.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting best practices.

• Experience with GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax strategies, and financial audits is a plus.

• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.

• Strong understanding of startup financing, investor relations, and capital structuring.

• Experience in financial modeling, fundraising, and equity management.

• Proven ability to develop financial strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.

• Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.

• Experience in the MedTech or SaaS industry is a plus.
