About the role

Als Operations Lead bist Du verantwortlich für den strategischen Aufbau und die Skalierung unserer europaweiten Supply Chain Operations. Du führst die Bereiche Supply Chain, Procurement und Culinary und sorgst dafür, dass LANCH operativ exzellent aufgestellt ist, um unsere ambitionierten Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.

Was Du tun wirst:
  • Du baust unsere europaweite Supply Chain Infrastruktur strategisch auf und skalierst diese in neue Märkte – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du führst und entwickelst die Teams Supply Chain, Procurement und Culinary und baust diese strategisch weiter aus.
  • Du entwickelst die langfristige Operations-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem COO und dem Leadership Team.
  • Du verantwortest dieProduct Roadmap und steuerst End-to-End Produktlaunches – von der Konzeption über die Beschaffung bis zur finalen Auslieferung.
  • Du bündelst Feedback aus Strategy, Menu-Planung und Culinary und übersetzt dieses in konkrete operative Maßnahmen.
  • Du identifizierst neue Lieferanten, Produzenten und Logistikpartner in Europa, baust starke Partnerschaften auf und verhandelst Konditionen.
  • Du etablierst KPIs und Reporting-Strukturen, die Dir und dem Leadership Team volle Transparenz über die operative Performance geben.
  • Du optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – von der Beschaffung bis zur Delivery.
  • Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort bei Produzenten, Lieferanten und Partnern, um Beziehungen zu stärken und operative Herausforderungen direkt zu lösen.
About you
  • Du hast 5-8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations oder Procurement – idealerweise in schnellwachsenden Scale-ups, FMCG, Food, CPG oder E-Commerce.
  • Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und mehrere Jahre Teams geleitet.
  • Du hast nachweislich Supply Chains aufgebaut, skaliert oder internationalisiert – idealerweise in Europa.
  • Du denkst strategisch, bleibst aber gleichzeitig hands-on und scheust Dich nicht, operativ mit anzupacken.
  • Du bist ein*e Natural Leader: Du inspirierst Teams, schaffst Klarheit und treibst Dinge voran – auch in ambiguen Situationen.
  • Du hast exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist stark analytisch, datengetrieben und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Fakten und KPIs.
  • Du hast einen "Founder Mindset": Ownership, Pragmatismus, Geschwindigkeit und die Bereitschaft, auch mal die Ärmel hochzukrempeln.
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung im Aufbau von Food Supply Chains, QSR, Virtual Kitchens oder CPG sowie ein Netzwerk zu Produzenten und Logistikdienstleistern in Europa.
