Project Administrator / Co Ordinator

**In this role you will**:

- Liaise with purchasing to raise/change purchase orders in client software system
- Maintain Project Master by updating financial commitments and spends on a monthly basis
- Manage budgets & submit requests for increases & follow up pending approvals
- Provide depreciation start dates & accrual detail in the PAT tool, work with subcontractors to obtain the correct project detail for quarter end and project completion dates
- Document key meetings, discussions and decisions and efficiently manage files
- Proactively manage invoices and resolve payment issues
- Produce daily and weekly reports to assist in project delivery
- Support timely and accurate project management and quantity surveying services
- Create cost proposals as required and coordinate to obtain pre-approval to raise in CPM
- Provide audit support and back up for the client as requested
- Raise and maintain PR’s & SCO’s in CPM for various projects & multiple managers
- Attend bank meetings - meeting of procurement finance ops to discuss change order that are coming through for approval
- Manage Quarter end financial Commitments

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Have experience in using software for raising and managing purchasing and orders
- Have experience in a similar construction support role
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Are aware of the importance of following correct processes & confidentiality
- Are experienced on SAP software for CPM (Construction Project Management)
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Can adapt to new processes and systems with agility and enthusiasm
