You actively support the HR team and are responsible for maintaining high quality standards. You will prepare all employment-related documents such as employment contracts, references or contract supplements. - You are responsible for creating and maintaining the digital personnel files of our employees. - You independently monitor ongoing scheduling processes and deadlines and are responsible for their clarification. - You will support the HR Business Partners as well as the personnel officers in current topics and projects. - The optimization and further development of internal processes is your responsibility. **We Appreciate**: The cornerstone of your success is a completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration. In addition, you have already gained initial professional experience in human resources or in a comparable position. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications for this responsible position: - You have good knowledge in personnel administration as well as in labor law. - You have a working knowledge of all MS Office products and / or Google products and have initial experience of working with SAP HCM. - High degree of solution orientation and a hands-on mentality. - You are absolutely reliable, can work independently and also like to contribute to a strong team. - Language skills: German and English fluent, French and / or Spanish are nice to have.
