Einleitung

To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (M/F/x) as soon as possible who not only wants to work with us but also actively shape the field. As HR Business Partner (M/F/x) you will play a decisive role in strategic HR support in Germany.

Your mission

You are a trusted partner of management, executives as well as employees and support them in all matters of employment law and human resources.
You are jointly responsible for our Talent Acquisition and work closely with hiring managers and external agencies. You will develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy so that you can always attract the best talent.
You support us - based on our performance management - in the personnel development of our employees. You will support the entire process, from identifying training and development needs, to creating development plans, to designing and delivering training.
You will work with a global HR team to develop global policies and strategies to build a competitive compensation and benefits offering and ensure a high level of compliance assurance.
You independently conduct market analysis and engage with the latest studies and concepts in HR so that they can be applied to all aspects of the job.
You are an essential link between management, executives and employees in organizational development and change management. You facilitate the introduction of new processes, systems and structures through target group oriented communication.
You create and implement employee retention initiatives, conduct employee surveys and derive clear recommendations for action to improve corporate culture and employee satisfaction.
You are data-driven and leverage our HR data to create valuable HR reports that are used as a key decision-making tool in overall business strategy.

**Profile**:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a higher degree or HR certifications are an advantage.
You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
You have in-depth knowledge of German labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
You have a solid understanding of human resources best practices, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
You have strong knowledge of current HRIS systems, MS Office and Google Suite.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
